Our client is a family-owned leading company in the FMCG Food and Beverage industry. Through its high quality products, motivated and ambitious employees and their continuous strive to excellence the company has become a strong competitor on the Eastern European FMCG market. To support their expansion in Eastern Europe we are looking for an experienced National Key Account Manager (m/f) for Hungary:

Job Description

- Directly managing entire key account portfolio within the Hungary

- Full responsibility of the sales budget - working closely with internal departments to establish a plausible sales budget and forecast

- Drive account growth and profitability by assessing and building areas of momentum as well as capitalize on product pricing opportunities

- Implementation and development of company's group sales strategy

- Identify new targets and potential clients through business development and continuous sales networking

- Maintaining and developing relationships with buyers

- Developing and implement execution plans based on the understanding of voids, market needs, channel opportunities and market trends

- Continuously monitor and analyze results in order to identify risks and opportunities

- Lead and manage the local Key Account Managers

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelors degree with a specialization in Sales Management

- At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Key Account manager within the FMCG industry

- Proven track record of successfully leading key account managers

- Analytical background and experience in analyzing sales trends and providing recommendations

- Strong communication and excellent negotiation skills

- Customer focused attitude and a proven ability to work under pressure

- Ambitious, dynamic and creative personality

- Fluent in English, Hungarian and German

- Willingness to travel
