The stock exchange listed company currently achieves annual sales totaling to €715 million with nearly 9.000 employees represented by their own marketing companies and importers in 125 countries of the world.
Due to the reorganization of the purchasing area we are looking for highly qualified and motivated "Category Manager (m/f)".

Aufgabengebiet
-You are responsible for maintaining and growing the global supplier relationships aiming to improve existing structures and drain active potentials
-You are involved in developing the entire procurement systems further as well as working in a cross functional international team
-Due to your technical know how and distinctive understanding of accounting you will be acting as a specialist for clients, suppliers and internal divisons.
-The implementation and definition of company guidelines, tools and processes regarding supplier management / Contracts / electronical oder management etc. are part of you responsibilities
-You monitor and analyse relevant procurement markets on a global scale and answer for the development of new markets
-You ensure orderly procurement processes starting from the MRP to the invoicing in order to optimize the savings ( Procurement Plan, Target Costing)
-Your competencies will involve the development of suppliers, risk management as well as exhausting existing potentials

Anforderungsprofil
-You have a university degree in business administration or engineering
-You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a specific procurement area
-The ability to quickly incorporate into projects and problems counts as one of you strength
-You have the technical know how and see yourself as a cost expert in the procurement area
-High social competencies, good negotiation skills and the ability to push things through as well as the reliable implementation of procurement strategies are expected for this position
-Good communication, analytical as well as organisational skills are part of your core skills
-You are a team player and feel comfortable in an international environment
-Being performance driven and having good decision making skills as well as goal oriented working is part of your talent
-Fluent in English is a must due to your international occupation
-Skilled in MS-Office as well as SAP is implied
-Willingness to travel expected (30-50%)
