Our client is an interantional Law firm who is contineously growing their specialization and their local & international team.


  • You are responsible for the firm's business development & marketing activities in Zurich and will provide additional support to the other teams on all business development and marketing initiatives across the firm via various digital media channels (firm has several locations in Switzerland)
  • Support the Zurich office partners in their business development activities, assisting in their targeting of clients, organizing corporate visits and Zurich office's events and other daily marketing tasks as required
  • You are part of the firm's Marketing and Business Development team, with direct report to the Head of Marketing and Business Development Switzerland
  • In close coordination with the Head of Marketing and Business Development you will prepare content, draft and edit marketing materials for internal and
    external dissemination, including the firm's website and social media channels, particularly
    in relation to the firm's business in Zurich, but also for Germany and Austria
  • Prepare bids and answers to RFPs, including drafting, reviewing or editing of such
    documents in English and German
  • Working on the submission process for legal directories, including drafting submissions, coordinating interviews, coordinating the firm's sponsorship and advertising engagements, especially for the Zurich and the German-speaking part of Switzerland


  • University Diploma or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications or law
  • German and English fluency required, French or any other language is a big plus
  • At least 3 - 5 years of work experience in marketing/business development
  • Having spent some time in a law firm or law practice of a Big4 - some experience of disputes resolution practices would be a big asset but is not essential
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and WordPress
  • Proven ability to work in a team as well as autonomously, strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to work closely with senior stakeholders
  • Rigorous organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Proactive mind, motivated to learn and to continuously develop
