I am currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Information Technology to lead the organisation's IT department. The company is one of the biggest international players in financial services. As the Director of IT, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our organisation's technology operations and ensuring that all IT systems are running efficiently and effectively.

Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the organisation's overall goals and objectives
Lead the Cloud transformation and DevOps transformation initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition to modern and efficient IT infrastructure
Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budgeting, staffing, and project management
Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of all IT systems and applications
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, including senior executives, business leaders, and external vendors
Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments, and recommend new solutions and innovations to improve our IT infrastructure and operations

Anforderungsprofil

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
At least 10 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success in leading large-scale IT initiatives with at least 100 headcount
Strong knowledge of Cloud technologies and DevOps methodologies, with experience in Cloud transformation and DevOps transformation
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex IT challenges
Experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus
