Aufgabengebiet

Position Location: Home-based. Located in Romania. Should be geographically located to support the assigned territory South Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Define clear multiple year strategies for channel partner expansion and optimization to maximize sales potential within the Central/South Eastern Europe territory. As a member of EMEIA Distribution Team, you will create a territory operating plan and outline the steps for product differentiation and follow through.
  • Provide effective product demonstrations and education sessions to enable the channel partners to expand their product service offerings and deliver end users with consistent messaging and a distinct value proposition.

Anforderungsprofil

  • An undergraduate degree or comparable experience with 5+ years plus industry experience and 7+ years plus sales experience
  • Experience with solutions selling, product training, and identification of process improvement. You will need to become an authority of client's applications portfolio.
  • Independently motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be a bridge-builder and impact and influence decision-makers
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong sales process fundamentals with the ability to take a complete approach to the business with regards to its potential for growth
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel 60% (throughout Central Eastern Europe, and occasionally to the United States
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Romanian
