Aufgabengebiet
- Be in charge of the full employee life cycle from an administrative standpoint: preparing and issuing employment agreements, appendix, work certificates, departure letters, and other employee correspondence.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all employment requirements are met
- Support and coordinate recruitment processes
- Coordinate work permit requests and relocation process for new employees coming from abroad.
- Coordinate on-boarding processes for new employees / off-boarding processes for leaving employees.
- Be the first point of contact for the assigned population: respond to HR related inquiries or requests / provide advice and support to employees in relation to their employment.
- Manage accident / sick leave insurance claims; follow-up with insurance companies.
- Assist payroll team by preparing monthly data related to hirings, departures, and amendments.
- Act as super-user for our time management system: provide support (knowledge of system and processes) to users and supervisors, create and maintain support material/training, data analysis and reporting.
- Participate to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices; participate to / lead HR projects.
Anforderungsprofil
- A proven HR administrative experience of min 3-5 years within an international environment.
- Fluency in both English (C1 minimum) and French is required.
- Diploma of Certificat d'assistant(e) en gestion du personnel is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security system.
- Fully at ease with digital tools: e.g. Excel (pivot table is a plus), Word (mail merge is a plus), HRIS.
- Experience in data reporting and analysis is a strong asset.
- Strong customer service mindset; ability to adapt to different situations or circumstances, and build partnerships at all levels of the organisation.
- Well-organised, reliable, pragmatic, and action-oriented.
- Team player with excellent communication skills combined with ability to work independently.
