Key Account Manager - cooperation with clients and technical support

Our client is an global producer in automotive industry - metal. They exists on the market since many years and their brand is very well known between clients.
Aufgabengebiet
- Strategic further development of business by means of acquisitions and establishing business with new customers
- Development of 5-years plan for key accounts in consultation with Sales Director. Identification of suitable target projects and initiations of necessary measures for business success
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Training of new stuff
- Price negotiations with customer within the framework form executive board instructions
- Checking, clarifying and minimising the economic risks for the company as a part of the offer preparation
Anforderungsprofil (w/m/d)
- Minimum 3 years of experience at similar position in Automotive Industry
- Proven track record with the award of new business
- Extensive experience with Customer Relations Management
- Very organised, strong analytically skills
- Expertise in Product
- Expertise in preparing quote packages for the automotive industry
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Must have an entrepreneurial approach and be able to identify new opportunities
- Knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements
