Currently we are seeking a Legal & HR Manager DACH for the office in Vienna. She/He will be in charge for all legal and risk management activities in the D.A.CH Region as well as invested with some HR - labor law tasks with main aim of supporting the business growth and always granting consistency with guidelines, vision and approach coming from the Headquarter.

Aufgabengebiet

  • Taking care of main HR processes and activities like recruiting, performance management and talent management in coordination with the central HR team at HQ.
  • Promote corporate culture and values among employees, leveraging positive relationships with the company's leaders to obtain optimum results
  • Provide daily support and assistance to local Business Units through the issuance of legal advice to be rendered always taking into consideration both the upcoming commercial needs of the Company and the continuous changing consumers' legislative context / framework we must operate with;
  • Drafting of documents concerning the activities of HR and Legal Department and other corporate functions;
  • Building legal awareness in the organization
  • Processing of data in connection with the use of claims management platform (Legal Analytics function) to grant reliability and loss prevention support;
  • Cooperation with outside counsels / external law firms DACH for the purpose of managing lawsuits and arbitration proceedings, for the sake of helping the legal function to turn into a legal analytic one;
  • Management of insurance issues and related HR and legal tasks

Anforderungsprofil

  • Master's degree in Law.
  • Admission to the bar
  • PQE of at least 2 - 3 years either in a structured national or international law firms
  • 2-4 years HR Generalist experience
  • Experience in civil, commercial, maritime and international law or a previous working experience gained in legal offices of multinational companies in the field of consumer goods sector
  • Excellent command of Microsoft applications, Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent in German and English, French would be certainly a plus;
  • Excellent communication skills focused on promoting openness and transparency
