Our client, an international company specialized in the consumer goods industry, located in the area

of Zurich, is currently looking for a motivated and detail oriented Logistics Process Conformity Specialist (m/f) to start as soon as possible.


  • Perform Process Mapping and create uniform documentation of logistics processes/work instructions
  • Manage exception handling process and support clarification of deviations
  • Monitor the logistics operations in regards to safety aspects and compliance with security-regulations (e.g. known-shipper)
  • Supports the execution of Root Cause Analysis and follow up on implementation of agreed corrective/preventive actions
  • Monitor and handle of the stock comparison between SAP and legacy system and taking action steps where required
  • Support of customs tasks like ZE / ZV / monthly customs clearance / yearly customs clearance / customs reporting
  • Perform of SOX related tasks (quarterly user recertification, yearly SOX Audits)
  • Analysis and documentation of the monthly stock adjustments for Finance
  • Plan, monitor, and control of inventory counts (monthly and yearly counting)
  • Support and coordinate Warehouse legacy system testing and SAP testing
  • Prepare and ensure accuracy of the daily and yearly Logistics KPI data and reporting
  • Support the logistics execution teams with the development and creation of new logistic based reporting tools
  • Continuous improvement of the KPI Dashboard within Logistics
  • Run and prepare daily Logistics KPI data for the daily meetings
  • Presentation of the daily workload meetings within the logistics department
  • Perform and ensure the accuracy of the month end close reporting for Logistics and Finance
  • Monitoring and ensure accuracy for month end closing order completion for logistics


  • Bachelor or education in economics with focus on Logistics
  • Knowledge of the logistics requirements within a FMCG environment
  • Gained first experience in Project Management
  • Gained first experience in the application of process/quality improvement tools and lean management practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at every level of the company
  • Analytical skills and the ability to set the right priorities
  • Basic understanding of Safety and Security aspects in a global logistics organization
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high quality in a fast-changing environment
  • Collaborate with other team members in the important aspects of their area of responsibility (Lean / Continuous Improvement / Quality / Safety / Security / Audits)
  • Advanced Level in German and English
  • Strong knowledge of the MS Office tools (especially Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of SAP, Reporting Tools (Business Objects / Power BI) and legacy warehouse management systems is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Swiss Customs Process (Bonded Warehouse, ZE, ZV; preferential rules) is an advantage
