Processes' migration to new SSC in Prague

We are looking for individuals who will be developing a new Shared Service Center based in Prague! Our Client is an international, stable and well-known company from medical sector that will migrate several processes from its subsidiaries to the heart of Europe. The company's purpose is to improve people's lives thanks to its professionals who are working together to achieve limitless possibilities.
Aufgabengebiet
- Mantain marketing automation platform and its integration points (e.g. with CRM, webinar, events and e-commerce platforms)
- Technical owner of Hubspot synchronization with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring leads flow correctly with accurate attribution and tracking
- Manage eCommerce email integration with Magento and HubSpot
- Serve as the marketing technology expert, providing insight to maximize marketing campaign success using available technology and processes
- Help structure, QA and report on campaign performance and success metrics
- Assist in creating email and landing page templates in HubSpot and advise on best practices for campaign performance through multi-touch campaign workflows, with segmented and targeted messaging
- Improve lead generation activities with experience dealing in increasing traffic through organic, paid, social and referral channels
- Establish good working relationships with internal and external teams
- Communicating with internal clients and outside vendors
- Helping train and execute on the activities of Client international team of marketing, creative, and programming professionals to push the boundaries of our digital presence and support digital marketing strategies
Anforderungsprofil (w/m/d)
- Marketing automation expert with a history of working with different tools
- Previous technical ownership of marketing automation and CRM systems
- Marketing technologist with knowledge of tools and channels that can optimize and improve lead generation processes
- Experience running marketing automation campaigns, creating user journeys, executing on email and landing page templates
- History of improving lead generation through a variety of different channels
- Previous working knowledge dealing with multiple different countries and time zones, in a remote environment
- Experience with HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar tools is would be an advantage
- Previous working experience with a marketing automation system and CRM is a plus
