Main responsibilities:
- Collaboration with the Operations Director and the Head of Marketing Department in the definition of the Centre's budget (costs and revenues).
- Elaboration of an annual calendar of events, shared with the Retail function, to support growth objectives
- Development and planning of the Marketing, digital, media, PR, tourism and visual plan in order to achieve the objectives set and increase brand awareness among the target audience;
- Management of external relations with media, digital and press agencies;
- Management of the Centre's institutional advertising campaigns, as well as all the main campaigns
- Organization of different events
- Media planning and buying activities
- Management of temporary leases (mall activation)
- Management of the Centre's set-ups for events or holidays.
- Supplier management (limited to his own area of activity)
- Definition of Loyalties system of the Center;
- Constant monitoring of the KPIs set and ROI analysis of the initiatives
- Management of the Marketing Team of the Center in order to develop and motivate direct reports e maximize their potential and business value
- Research and development of co-marketing and partnership agreements
Anforderungsprofil
The candidate should:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in shopping centers, outlet villages or, at least, in retail companies
- Be fluent in Italian and German; English is an important plus
- Have a degree, possibly in marketing
