Our client, a well-known global company from medical devices industry, is looking for a proactive National Sales Manager for Hungary.


  • Select candidates and implementsproduct certified clinics
  • Offering dealer support to provideproduct-demos in dental praxis, on fairs and congresses
  • Is responsible to reach the MBO´s for the market Hungary
  • Use and develop CRM-based management and marketing activities
  • Conducts call campaigns and personalized email activity
  • Utilizes business development channels to create multiple touch points to a targeted audience
  • Gathers defined market intelligence
  • Nurtures decision makers and moves them through the various stages of the lead cycle
  • Identifies appropriate decision makers and takes care about KOL´s and Universities
  • Pre-qualifies leads by collecting information based oncompany's defined criteria
  • Support NEE-sales team on int. exhibitions and congresses if necessary
  • Creates needs assessment reports based on intel gathered and a history of outreach


  • Experience of working in a B2B sales role preferably within professional services or technology would be an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • A working knowledge of English isrequired;native Hungarian
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff
  • Strong computer skills required. Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Prior experience with contact management software and social media platforms a plus
  • Must be creative and enjoy working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven and results-oriented
  • Location :Ideally Budapest or region of Austrian border ( Sopron, Györ, Veszprem)
  • Need to travel: 75%
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Business-to-business sales experience a definite must.
  • Applicant should be organized and able to juggle multiple accounts, goals and objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to think out of the box and creatively get the job done
  • Ability to maintain a disciplined work ethic in a flexible virtual environment
  • Knowledge of marketing databases / CRM and lead management processes
  • Able to work independently and set priorities appropriately to achieve goals
  • Adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrates the highest level of customer/client service and response
