Responsibility for Dutch entity

We are looking for individuals who will be developing new Shared Service Center based in Prague! Our Client is an international, stable and well-known company from medical sector that will migrate several processes from its subsidiaries to the heart of Europe.
Aufgabengebiet
- Perform the end-to-end activities in the Account-to-Report processes in line with US GAAP, corporate policies and in respect of local statutory requirements of the Dutch entities assigned.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end reporting.
- Prepare all documentation for monthly accruals and prepayments.
- Responsible for adjustments within company guidelines and given policy.
- Review and prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliation and prepare Balance Sheet reviews.
- Prepare statutory accounts and tax returns.
- Regular focus on Balance sheets to minimize open items.
- Prepare statutory Accounts and tax returns as well as any other local government requirements.
- Liaise with Auditors(Internal and External) and responsible for the preparation of documentation required as well as SOX testing.
Anforderungsprofil (w/m/d)
- Higher degree in business administration or equivalent finance specific degree, CPA/ACCA or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles and processes.
- Good understanding of complex accounting (5+).
- Experience with transitions.
- English language is mandatory; Dutch is a plus.
- US GAAP experience and Dutch statutory requirements as a plus.
- SAP R3/Oracle, HFM knowledge.
