  • Develop and execute website strategy, and drive and prioritize multiple website development projects - from requirements, to build and deliver, to conversion maximization
  • Manage content updates to the portfolio websites
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with marketing manager, IT, agency partners, and other third-party technology partners to deliver on-time digital solutions
  • Collaborate with blog contributors to create high-quality content around key products and relevant terms
  • Responsible for ongoing site optimization (SEO), and UX enhancements to improve user flow and overall site experience
  • Evaluate current websites, identify areas of improvement, create hypotheses and develop A/B or multivariate testing to optimize and improve performance
  • Continuously research and implement new technologies that help improve or optimize the online consumer experience
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategy across all business units (multiple) for SEM/PPC, re-marketing, display ads
  • Manage relations with third party vendors and agencies
  • Develop budgets, timelines, and QA testing
  • Analyze campaign performance, ROIs and optimize and build strategic recommendations - to elevate conversions and performance marketing goals
  • Provide monthly reporting to key stakeholders - analyze and provide traffic and engagement metrics as well as marketing and campaign performance
  • Optimize key website traffic and revenue metrics including pageviews, sales leads, bounce rates, time on site and other engagement KPIs


  • BA Degree required
  • 3+ years digital marketing / website management experience
  • Hands-on experience in website management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), SEM, PPC, re-marketing, and conversion optimization
  • Excellent Microsoft Suite, Google Suite - Analytics, Optimize and Search Console skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate marketing requirements to IT team and technical partners and manage delivery in line with specifications
  • Basic web development skills, HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management skills required
  • Strong analytical skills used to drive-decision making required
  • Drupal CMS experience will be an asset
  • Dental / Medical Device industry experience will be an asset
