Our client is a fast growing digital Start-up in the field of clinical genomics, with the goal to bring the power of precision medicine to every patient. You will get part of a young and vibrant team consisting of bioinformaticians, genetics researchers, software developers and mathematicians.
Aufgabengebiet
- Contribute to thrive our business and oversee the sales process from lead generation to the closed deal
- Be the voice of your customers to ensure product development around market requirements
- Support selected key account customers
- Monitor, report, and optimize key figures according to corporate guidelines and goals
- Plan and implement our sales strategy and corporate goals
- Track and analyze the market, stakeholders, trends, and competitors
- Design and execute advertising and marketing concepts together with the marketing colleagues
- Treat the customer as highest priority!
Anforderungsprofil
- Education in natural sciences, e.g. Masters degree in molecular biology or similar. PhD is an advantage
- 2+ years experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of national legal standards in European countries, e.g. "Medizinprodukteberater" in Germany and Austria
- Experience with CRM and relevant tools
- Good German and English language skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Professional, open, and friendly appearance
- Troubleshooter with entrepreneurial mindset
- Team player
Preferred Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate has established healthcare contacts in the area and is able to readily network in the community, e.g. with clinicians, laboratory personnel, geneticists
- Background in a laboratory environment
- Experience in NGS
- Knowledge in Jira and/or Confluence
