Aufgabengebiet



  • Leading the recruiting team and their individual development
  • Developing new processes to ensure efficient work and cooperation
  • Ensuring your team's performance and helping them achieve their goals
  • Planning and implementing the recruiting strategy
  • Structuring best measures according to the market feedback
  • Evaluating external resources (e.g. recruiting channels) and observing new recruiting trends
  • Planning the recruiting budget in coordination with the Managing Director
  • Searching for talents and conducting interviews (especially top-management)
  • Built up the recruiting department of a B2B/SaaS company

Anforderungsprofil

  • You have proven experience as a Head of Talent Acquisition or in a similar HR leadership role in a scaling environment
  • University degree and at least 5 years of professional experience in a leadership position in HR
  • Dynamic & strategic mindset to lead the team to our ambitious growth targets
  • Drive and enthusiasm to take on the challenge of finding the best talents for our growth journey
  • The ability to understand and unite the needs of the company, the team and the talents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • An interest in taking responsibility and not only optimizing the talent journey, but proactively shaping it
  • A strong network in the recruiting and/or B2B/Saas environment that you would like to expand and leverage in a targeted manner



Vergütungspaket

The minimum annual salary for the position (m/f/d) is 60.000 EUR gross based on a full-time employment. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.
