Our client is a leading global provider of mission-critical products and services to customers in the biopharma, healthcare, education & government, and advanced technologies & applied materials industries.


  • Raise regional awareness by promoting the value proposition as a manufacturer and supplier of Chemicals, Serum, and Single-Use products & services, to support the manufacturing processes of various biologic-related product classes.
  • Work closely with the different Field Applications teams to engage customers in value added programs and technical projects.
  • Build and sustain long lasting business relationships with customers to ensure brand loyalty.
  • Execute company strategies to achieve sales growth in the EU region.
  • Champion internal alignment with internal stakeholders to ensure key customer opportunities are being managed and executed in an efficient manner.
  • Identify and lead the development or refinement of new custom manufacturing opportunities.
  • Managing a pipeline of opportunities and contracted business.
  • Visit with and facilitate senior level presentations to end customers.
  • Use of CRM system for consistent reporting and information exchange.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • BSc/BA degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Chemical/Genetic Engineering degree or other life sciences related degree.
  • At least 5 years sales experience within the biopharmaceutical manufacturing or related life sciences industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of office applications (mainly PowerPoint, Excel , and Word)
  • Ability to recognize need for change and employ appropriate strategies to facilitate change.
  • Ability to be flexible in fast-changing environment and to work well under pressure.
  • Self-motivated team player and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Full Driver's License.

  • Strong demonstration of collaboration across all functions and levels within an organization.
  • Strong negotiation skills is a must.
  • Open to travel within 50% of the time.
