Aufgabengebiet
- Raise regional awareness by promoting the value proposition as a manufacturer and supplier of Chemicals, Serum, and Single-Use products & services, to support the manufacturing processes of various biologic-related product classes.
- Work closely with the different Field Applications teams to engage customers in value added programs and technical projects.
- Build and sustain long lasting business relationships with customers to ensure brand loyalty.
- Execute company strategies to achieve sales growth in the EU region.
- Champion internal alignment with internal stakeholders to ensure key customer opportunities are being managed and executed in an efficient manner.
- Identify and lead the development or refinement of new custom manufacturing opportunities.
- Managing a pipeline of opportunities and contracted business.
- Visit with and facilitate senior level presentations to end customers.
- Use of CRM system for consistent reporting and information exchange.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Anforderungsprofil
- BSc/BA degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Chemical/Genetic Engineering degree or other life sciences related degree.
- At least 5 years sales experience within the biopharmaceutical manufacturing or related life sciences industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Good knowledge of office applications (mainly PowerPoint, Excel , and Word)
- Ability to recognize need for change and employ appropriate strategies to facilitate change.
- Ability to be flexible in fast-changing environment and to work well under pressure.
- Self-motivated team player and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Full Driver's License.

- Strong negotiation skills is a must.
- Open to travel within 50% of the time.
