Aufgabengebiet

  • Analyze, design, and continuously improve end-to-end processes within Procurement and Supply Chain
  • Drive the harmonization and standardization of processes across international locations
  • Identify and implement opportunities for optimization, digitalization, and automation
  • Contribute to international transformation and change initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Business functions, and IT teams
  • Gather, structure, and prioritize business requirements
  • Develop and implement standards, methodologies, and best practices
  • Support the introduction of new processes, systems, and digital solutions
  • Participate in international rollouts, training activities, and user enablement initiatives
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Support the development of KPI frameworks and reporting structures to increase transparency and process efficiency

Anforderungsprofil

  • University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Process Excellence
    • Operational Excellence
    • Business Process Management
    • Supply Chain Excellence
    • Procurement Excellence
    • Business Transformation
    • Continuous Improvement
  • Proven experience in analyzing, designing, and optimizing complex business processes
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to independently drive topics and implement sustainable solutions
  • Experience working in international organizations is an advantage
  • Good understanding of ERP, procurement, or other business-supporting systems
  • Experience with SAP projects, digital transformation programs, or similar initiatives is beneficial
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, or comparable solutions is considered an asset but is not mandatory
  • Experience within pharmaceuticals, life sciences, medical technology, chemicals, or other regulated industries is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
  • Fluent English skills

An annual gross salary starting from EUR 65,000 is offered for this position. Depending on qualifications, experience, and overall fit, a significant overpayment is possible.
