As a Senior Industrial Engineer (f/m/d), you will actively contribute to the technical development of a production site in the greater Vienna South area. Our client is an internationally operating industrial company with a highly modern production site in the greater Vienna South area. The company develops and manufactures sophisticated electrical and mechatronic products used worldwide in safety-critical and future-oriented applications.Due to excellent economic performance and increasing demand, the production area is continuously expanding. To reinforce the existing Industrial Engineering team, we are seeking an experienced professional who is eager to actively shape the next phase of the site's development.The production environment is continuously enhanced to sustainably improve efficiency, quality, and process stability. As part of these ongoing improvements, existing processes are optimized and technical advancements are implemented step by step. The solutions developed at this site are intended to be rolled out across additional international locations, contributing to the harmonization of global production standards.

Aufgabengebiet

  • Analyze existing manufacturing processes and derive concrete improvement measures
  • Contribute to the further development of production processes, including evaluation and implementation of suitable automation solutions
  • Prepare technical documentation, calculations, and decision-making bases for investments
  • Work closely with the shopfloor, including technical analysis of faults and equipment issues
  • Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste, and develop appropriate improvement actions
  • Prepare, conduct, and/or coordinate training sessions for new or modified workflows
  • Coordinate external partners within technical projects
  • Support the implementation and sustainable stabilization of new or adapted processes
  • Contribute to the harmonization of workflows and standards across international sites
  • Participate in interdisciplinary teams, assuming situational technical responsibility

Anforderungsprofil

  • Completed technical degree (FH/University) with a focus on Electrical Engineering or a comparable field (e.g., Automation Engineering or Mechatronics)
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a production-related technical environment, ideally with a focus on process optimization, automation, or industrial engineering
  • Experience in identifying process inefficiencies and deriving pragmatic improvement measures
  • Solid understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and a passion for hands-on shopfloor involvement
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in working with blue-collar employees
  • Very good English and good German skills
  • Willingness to travel, mainly short project-related trips within Europe; international projects (overseas) likely in the medium term
